    Individual therapy is focused on helping you reach YOUR goals. Whether you’re struggling with a life change, grieving a loss, or trying to figure out your next move, therapy helps give us a perspective we may not have seen.

  • Common client struggles

    I see individuals from age 16-80. Most of my clients are struggling with difficult transitions and accompanying emotions. Men’s issues, depressive symptoms, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, overthinking, and having a difficult time deciding next steps are common concerns expressed by my clients

  • Modalities

    I’m trained and utilize several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, and Internal Family Systems.

  • Typical Session

    I like to meet with most clients weekly, either virtually or in-person, for the first few sessions then decrease session frequency as clients begin to feel better. Typical session length is between 45-55 minutes

  • Payment and Insurance

    I also accept private pay for those who are either out of network or prefer not to utilize thier insurance benefits. Private pay is $125 per session.
